Required Skills & Qualifications Industry Experience: 8+ years in ERP implementation/coordination within the Apparel & Textile industry ; sound understanding from Yarn to Retail . Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing , Branding , Wholesale Distribution , E-Commerce , and Retail workflows . Leadership & Coordination: Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and ERP deployment across multiple clients. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with CXOs, technical teams, and field users alike. Technology Orientation: Exposure to ERP platforms, supply chain automation tools, business intelligence, and cloud-based solutions. Client-Centric Mindset: Experience in both domestic and international client coordination and relationship management.
