As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and promotion of the FITTEX product suite, ensuring customer satisfaction and industry alignment. Your primary focus will be on ERP product management, customer relationship management, team leadership, market analysis, and strategic growth enablement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end ERP development lifecycle in collaboration with product, engineering, and UI/UX teams. - Translate industry pain points into product features and efficient process flows. - Maintain customer relationships by serving as a primary point of contact for key clients, managing implementation, onboarding, and support processes. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment and effective promotion strategies. - Stay updated with industry trends and integrate best practices into product design and feature planning. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging, client case studies, and product demos. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Industry Experience: 8+ years in ERP implementation/coordination within the Apparel & Textile industry, with a comprehensive understanding from Yarn to Retail. - Domain Expertise: Profound knowledge of Manufacturing, Branding, Wholesale Distribution, E-Commerce, and Retail workflows. - Leadership & Coordination: Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and ERP deployment across multiple clients. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. - Technology Orientation: Exposure to ERP platforms, supply chain automation tools, business intelligence, and cloud-based solutions. - Client-Centric Mindset: Experience in domestic and international client coordination and relationship management. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Textile Technology, Apparel Merchandising, Information Technology, or related fields. - Relevant ERP certifications (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.). - Exposure to B2B SaaS environments or digital transformation initiatives.
