Job Description

Enterprise Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition:

    Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise customers within the BFSI domain, ensuring alignment with Onextel’s strategic goals.
  • Account Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Solution Selling:

    Understand client needs and present customized solutions that address their business challenges and objectives, aligning Onextel’s services with their goals.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the BFSI sector to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    Track sales metrics, prepare accurate forecasts, and report progress to senior management regularly.

Requirements, qualifications and experience:

Skills:

  • Experience:

    Minimum of

    5+ years

    of proven experience in enterprise sales in the

    CPaaS

    telecommunications

    industry.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in

    Business, Marketing,

    or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business challenges and propose actionable
  • solutions.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving
  • abilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, with working hours typically from 9:30 am to 6:30pm Mondays till Fridays.
  • Based at Bangalore/Mumbai/Gurugram location
