Enterprise Sales Manager – Cyber Security
Location: Delhi/Gurugram
Experience: 8–12 years
We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our cyber security solutions in Indian markets. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise technology sales, a strong understanding of the cyber security landscape, and a proven ability to drive revenue by building trusted relationships with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Leadership
• Develop, execute, and refine territory-specific sales strategies to achieve business objectives
and revenue targets for cyber security solutions.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential enterprise accounts, focusing on sectors such as BFSI,
telecom, government, and large corporates.
2. Business Development & Pipeline Management
• Proactively generate leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progression of opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle.
3. Consultative Solution Selling
• Engage with client stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors) to understand their
security challenges, regulatory requirements, and business drivers.
• Present tailored cyber security solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and articulate value propositions that address client needs.
4. End-to-End Sales Ownership
• Manage the complete sales process: prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, proposal development, pricing, contract negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and solution architects to deliver compelling technical presentations and proof-of-concepts.
5. Account Management & Relationship Building
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as a trusted
advisor and primary point of contact.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth through regular engagement and proactive support.
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Monitor industry trends, emerging threats, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy
and product positioning.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to senior management.
Required Qualifications
• Experience: 8–12 years of enterprise/B2B sales experience, preferably in cyber security or IT solution sales.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of cyber security technologies (e.g., network
security, endpoint protection, identity management, SIEM, SOAR, cloud security).
• Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals (₹1 crore+), managing long sales cycles, and consistently meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives and
senior decision-makers.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and
negotiation skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field. MBA or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable discussing technical concepts with clients and internal
teams; familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Preferred Attributes
• Experience selling to large enterprises in regulated industries (BFSI, telecom, government).
• Established network of contacts within the cyber security or enterprise IT ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced, target
driven environment.
