Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy Enterprise Sales Executive with strong understanding of health, fitness, and wellness. You will spearhead B2B sales, build partnerships, and onboard institutions, corporates, and other companies onto our RPM platform.

Your fitness background will help you communicate the value of preventive health, compliance, behaviour change, and remote tracking in a language stakeholders understand.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Sales & Partnerships

  • Identify, pitch, and close enterprise deals with hospitals, clinics, fitness chains, corporates, insurance companies, and wellness ecosystems.
  • Conduct market mapping, lead generation, and outreach to key decision-makers (CXOs, Medical Directors, CHROs, Founders).
  • Create and deliver impactful product demos for RPM, home diagnostics, and monitoring solutions.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Own the sales pipeline and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, proposals, SLAs, and enterprise contracts.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and medical teams to build tailored enterprise solutions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and ensure high retention and account expansion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding and client training.
  • Understand customer challenges in patient engagement, fitness adherence, and chronic disease management and offer appropriate solutions.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay updated with industry trends—RPM, telehealth, fitness tech, and corporate wellness.
  • Gather feedback from clients and provide actionable insights to product teams.
  • Represent the startup at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Who You Are

  • 2–6 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / B2B Sales / Corporate Wellness / Healthcare / Fitness Technology.
  • Background or personal interest in health & fitness—gym, yoga, fitness coaching, wellness programs, digital fitness, or health apps is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Ability to explain tech-enabled health solutions in simple, value-driven language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,595.61 - ₹37,629.16 per month
