Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and Prospect key contacts from target accounts.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase how VoxyHealth’s solutions address client pain points such as missed calls, patient intake inefficiencies, and staff burnout.
• Develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies aligned with client needs and goals.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting within CRM tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends, EMR/EHR integrations, and healthcare operations to position VoxyHealth as a thought leader and trusted partner.
• Represent VoxyHealth at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build relationships and generate leads.

What We’re Looking For

• Mandatory: Proven experience with 3+ years experience selling to the US market (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to draft proposals, presentations and other enablement collateral
• Ability to explain and articulate complex solutions in simple terms
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a data-driven approach to outreach.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred:

• Experience connecting to healthcare executives, practice managers, or clinical operations leaders.
• Familiarity with CRMs and modern sales engagement tools.
• Passion for digital transformation in healthcare and improving patient experience through technology.
