Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and processing of invoices, vendor payments, and other billing. Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor account balances and perform reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and closing processes. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts in coordination with leadership. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support data-driven decisions. Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reporting.
