Role Overview

Sales Director – Enterprise Sales


The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in positioning company as the preferred SaaS partner for large enterprises by shaping sales strategies, leading negotiations, and ensuring revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts in Mumbai.
  • Identify, target, and engage CXO-level decision-makers across industries.
  • Lead high-impact consultative sales presentations and solution demos, tailored to enterprise needs.
  • Drive complex negotiations and contract closures, ensuring long-term client value.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team (as required).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in the CRM.
  • Represent company at industry events, forums, and client engagements to strengthen brand positioning. Foster long-term relationships with payroll software buyers and HR/payroll decision makers to enhance retention and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the trusted advisor and point of contact for payroll SaaS clients, providing post-sale support and proactive issue resolution.


Required Qualifications:

  • 8–12 years

    of proven success in

    Enterprise SaaS Sales

    , with

    at least 3+ years

    ’ experience in

    managing team.

  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets (multi-Cr annually).
  • Expertise in selling SaaS solutions, preferably in HR space, to large enterprises, Indian conglomerates and complex accounts.
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
  • Strong business acumen with consultative sales approach.
