Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for the client, ensuring timely communication and task execution. Conduct on-site audits and inspections at hotel and hospitality venues as per defined protocols. Coordinate logistics and scheduling for field visits. Compile and analyze audit data using Excel , ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Prepare operational reports and MIS (Management Information Systems) based on audit findings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and resolution of operational issues. Adhere to quality standards, timelines, and client expectations during project execution. Maintain accurate documentation and records of site visits, audit reports, and client communications. Required Skills and Qualifications: Graduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Hospitality, Business, or Operations Management). 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing operations role ; experience in hospitality/audit projects is an added advanta Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, basic formulas, etc.) is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel locally for field audits as required. Additional Requirements: Must be comfortable working in a hybrid role that includes both field visits and desk-based work.
