Jr. Data Scientist

As a Junior Data Scientist, you will be involved in a diverse range of data-driven projects, supporting data analysis, data modeling, and algorithm development. Your role will entail collaborating with senior team members and stakeholders to provide insights that drive business decisions. Your key responsibilities will include collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from multiple sources. You should possess the ability to work autonomously and shoulder responsibilities effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation and deployment of statistical models and machine learning algorithms. Conducting exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and trends will be a vital part of your work. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to grasp business needs and transform them into data-centric solutions is essential. You will also be tasked with developing data visualizations and dashboards to convey insights to stakeholders, along with participating in code reviews and upholding data science best practices. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years" experience in data science, data analysis, or a related field is required. Proficiency in programming languages like Python is necessary, along with familiarity with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, Deep learning). Knowledge of LLMs and GenAI models is preferred. Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn, an understanding of basic statistical methods, and data modeling techniques are also expected.
