Enterprise Sales Director

Position Summary

As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding Avathon s footprint within strategic enterprise accounts. You will own the complete sales cycle from market engagement and C-suite relationship building to structuring complex, high-value deals. In this leadership role, you will partner with product, marketing, and solution engineering teams to deliver tailored SaaS enabled AI-driven solutions that directly address client challenges, while also shaping Avathon s go-to-market strategy through market feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to acquire new logos and expand existing accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding ARR and TCV targets.
  • Leverage deep understanding in any of the following Domains - Supply Chain and Logistics operations, Renewal Energy / Oil & Gas or Sales experience in AI / machine vision products for Health & Safety compliance in manufacturing. Across all these domains, Avathon builds AI solutions that enhance planning, operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance across complex industrial ecosystems.
  • Build trusted C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships across target industries, positioning Avathon as a strategic partner.
  • Lead complex deal cycles including RFPs, tenders, pilots, and enterprise-scale rollouts across APAC, EMEA, and NAM regions.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap direction based on enterprise customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Leverage partnerships with hyperscalers and OEMs (Microsoft, AWS, Google, etc.) and global system integrators to drive co-selling opportunities and pipeline growth.
  • Provide market intelligence and pipeline insights to the leadership team, presenting forecasts and deal strategies with clarity and accuracy.
  • Champion cross-sell and up-sell strategies across verticals to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Represent Avathon at industry forums and client workshops, showcasing our leadership and AI solutions in the above mentioned domain/ technology and enterprise AI adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS / AI sales, with a proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas.
  • Demonstrated success in complex enterprise sales across industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, SCM, Automotive, and Retail.
  • Experience selling SaaS based AI solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong background in navigating long deal cycles, tenders, and global RFPs.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience in building new markets and scaling regions through partner alliances and channel strategies.
  • Bachelor s degree required (MBA or technical background preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technology into business impact.
