Enterprise Sales Director

As an Enterprise Sales Director at our expanding company, your role is crucial in acquiring net new logos in the Indian market for our enterprise segment. You will be responsible for new customer acquisition and driving incremental revenue from the assigned territory. Your expertise in identifying customer pain points and understanding the triggers and underlying needs of each customer will be invaluable. Key Responsibilities: - Identify customer pain points and understand the triggers and underlying needs of each customer. - Coordinate and leverage internal relationships and resources to drive sales growth. - Develop and manage a network of external stakeholders to influence economic and technical buying decisions. - Deliver persuasive presentations articulating the value of our platform and its benefits. - Manage customer relationships with C-level contacts, crafting proposals, pricing, and negotiating deals to completion. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, business development, or a related field. Preferred Skills and Knowledge: - 8+ years of relevant sales experience with enterprise software solutions. - Experience in selling into the Retail segment is advantageous. - Proven track record of selling and closing complex business solutions. - Strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and clear communication abilities. - Passion for selling and customer satisfaction with deep domain knowledge. - Ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals. - Competitive mindset focused on achieving personal and organizational goals. - Track record of establishing connections with senior executives. - Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
