Enterprise Sales Director

As a Mid- Senior level sales professional at a leading software product company, you will be responsible for driving enterprise software solution sales. Your role will involve selling to large enterprises, particularly focusing on the Banking Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your 10+ years of experience in enterprise software solution sales to effectively engage with high-level stakeholders in the BFSI sector - Demonstrating a fair understanding of the BFSI ecosystem and buying process to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of clients - Leveraging your strong account management skills to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers - Selling solutions to CXOs such as CEO, COO, CHRO, and CFO, showcasing your expertise in people analytics software or enterprise HR solutions - Collaborating with multiple stakeholders during the sales process, ensuring alignment and buy-in from all parties - Creating ROI / business case-based selling strategies to demonstrate the value of the software products/solutions - Showcasing your excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch solutions with a ticket size upwards of US $50K Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in enterprise software solution sales - Experience in selling to large enterprises, preferably in the BFSI sector - Strong account management skills and the ability to engage with CXOs - Prior experience in selling people analytics software or enterprise HR solutions - Ability to build ROI / business case-based selling strategies - Strong flair in communication and presentation skills - MBA preferred This position is ideal for a candidate with a background in enterprise software sales, specifically within the BFSI sector, who excels in engaging with high-level stakeholders and driving sales through effective communication and industry knowledge.,
