Hiring for a leading Global Investment firm for Bengaluru Location. Looking for an Architect in the Industry with 14+years’ experience preferably worked on Commercial Office campuses, Mixed-Use Commercial campus including Hotel / Service apartments, Social Clubs with a passion to excel. The Design Management expertise will include hands on experience and versatile command over following design disciplines for Office, Hotel, Premium Club buildings & Campus. Job Description : Candidate will do the Project coordination capabilities with competency in design, including initial Design Brief, Concept designing, detail designing, Budget preparation and coordination with Consultants, Vendors & Site execution team. Responsible to manage project scope, budget definition & monitoring other critical issues. Excellent analytical skills & troubleshooting through inter-department coordination & facilitation. Ability to work efficiently in demanding and multicultural environment and lead the team. Project visioning, space planning, information gathering from all departments for preparation of the project brief Preparation of RFPs, consultant shortlisting, indents, Notes of Approval and Appointment of the consultants Preparation of the cost estimate in close coordination with the different teams for Budget approval, including cost evaluation and value engineering to meet approved budget targets Project brief, kick off meeting and design direction to the consultants Preparation & monitoring of Design schedule in coordination with all teams, analyzing the progress and timely intervention for critical activities for timely closer. Review of design and coordination with other disciplines at regular design weekly /fortnightly coordination meetings Design documentation management at all stages of works Seek Management approval at important milestones Timely issuance of All packages, i.e., Tenders, GFC as per the project schedule Timely decisions and directions and escalate the matter, as required Periodic site inspections during for review of adherence of design intent Research on new materials & products, projects with objective to achieved cost effectiveness without compromising the design intent. Adequate knowledge of the local bye laws of the region Review, comment and approval of shop drawings submitted by various vendors/ contractors Design of in-house works for small pockets / projects as required.
