As a Sales Manager at the company, you will be responsible for achieving both individual and team sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Owning and delivering individual sales targets of INR 4 Cr and team targets of INR 15 Cr annually. - Identifying and acquiring new business logos; managing the full sales lifecycle. - Driving 3X portfolio growth in the next 4 years through strategic initiatives. - Leveraging industry connections to generate qualified leads and drive closures. - Building, mentoring, and managing a high-performance sales team. - Conducting periodic sales reviews and tracking team KPIs. - Defining target customer personas and outreach strategies for fintech and BFSI clients. - Leading client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing, and closing deals. - Collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions. - Ensuring healthy pipeline development and regular forecasting. - Developing and managing account mining plans for long-term growth. - Representing the company at industry events and networking forums. - Identifying potential partnerships to drive market expansion. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Demonstrated success in leading sales teams, managing high-value pipelines, and winning large deals. - Expertise in the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client engagement, pricing, proposal, negotiation, and post-deal mining. - Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong understanding of QA processes, IT services, and digital transformation solutions. - Ability to operate in a remote, distributed team environment. - Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and execution.
