  2. NPS, Surveys and Reviews
  3. POS billing software


Role Overview:

  • Location: India (with regional travel to Gulf countries)
  • Function: Enterprise Sales
  • Industry: SaaS, Retail Tech, MarTech, E-commerce Solutions
  • Compensation: ₹24-36 LPA


As Enterprise Sales , you will:

  1. Lead enterprise sales strategy across India and Gulf countries.
  2. Drive acquisition and expansion in retail, e-commerce, and omni-channel brands.
  3. Manage and scale relationships with CIOs, CMOs, and digital transformation leaders.
  4. Shape go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
  5. Mentor and build a high-performing sales team as we expand.
  6. Carry a revenue quota with ownership of enterprise deals, pipeline growth, and regional P&L contribution.



This role is ideal for:

  • Rising Sales Leaders:

    You’ve worked under a seasoned leader, successfully executed enterprise SaaS sales, and now want to step up into a leadership role.
  • Experienced Sales Directors:

    You’ve already led enterprise sales but are looking for a more challenging, high-growth environment.


Must-have Experience:

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven success selling to enterprise retailers and/or large e-commerce players.
  • Track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder, consultative SaaS deals.
  • Strong network in India and Gulf retail/e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise buying cycles (IT, Marketing, Digital, Operations).


Preferred:

  • Exposure to MarTech, RetailTech, or Customer Experience SaaS platforms.
  • Experience in regional expansion or building new markets.
  • Ability to align with C-level stakeholders and influence digital transformation initiatives.
