Job Description

As a Sales Director for Enterprise Sales in Mumbai market, you will be leading the growth of our company by acquiring new business, managing strategic enterprise accounts, and fostering relationships with senior stakeholders. Your role will involve shaping sales strategies, conducting negotiations, and driving revenue growth to position our company as the preferred SaaS partner for large enterprises. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to acquire and expand enterprise accounts in Mumbai. - Identify and engage with CXO-level decision-makers across various industries. - Conduct impactful consultative sales presentations and solution demos tailored to meet enterprise needs. - Drive complex negotiations and successfully close contracts to ensure long-term client value. - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team when required. - Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding. - Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using the CRM system. Required Qualifications: - 8-12 years of Enterprise SaaS Sales experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in team management. - Demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing annual sales targets (multi-Cr annually). - Expertise in selling SaaS solutions, particularly in the HR domain, to large enterprises, Indian conglomerates, and complex accounts. - Strong networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. - Sound business acumen with a consultative sales approach.
