Engineering Recruiter

You should have a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in IT/Engineering/Energy/Utility/Aerospace/Business Professional/BFSI/Non-IT recruitment with direct clients only. Your responsibilities will include the full life cycle of recruiting, such as screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling non-technical queries, closing candidates, and managing responsibilities until the joining of candidates. Experience in working on MSP/VMS model and dealing with US staffing in various domains like Engineering, Energy, Utility, Aerospace, etc., for direct clients on W2 is essential. You should be proficient in recruiting techniques such as headhunting, calling, networking sites, referrals, and internet-based recruiting tools. The ideal candidate will have proven successful sales records in the US staffing industry, good negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment. Understanding and delivering qualified resources for IT/Engineering/Energy/Utility/BFSI/Non-IT requirements are key aspects of the role. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening potential candidates through internal systems, job portals, postings, and networking to meet recruitment SLAs. Regular interactions with the team, business unit heads, and other stakeholders are necessary to discuss requirements, sourcing strategies, interviews, offers, and future needs. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a combination of education and experience will be considered.
