As a Sr. Engineering Recruiter at Hirecruiters, you will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Clients in the US. This includes developing action plans and recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through job portals and networking websites. Your experience in US Recruitment of 2-3+ years will be invaluable, especially in recruiting candidates for the Utility industry. You will work on roles such as Civil Engineer, Construction Project Manager, Structural Project Engineer, and more within the Engineering domain. Key Responsibilities: - Develop action plans and recruiting strategies for identifying qualified candidates - Recruit candidates for roles in the Utility industry such as Civil Engineer, Construction Project Manager, Electrical Engineer, and more - Achieve a high conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements - Ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with operations and key stakeholders - Regularly interact with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, sourcing strategies, and future needs Skills Required: - Highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a positive attitude - Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong self-learning curve - Comfortable working under pressure - Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy benefits such as excellent incentives, 5 days working schedule, extensive training programs, medical insurance, 90 minutes break time, attendance bonus, attractive referral bonus, monthly rewards & recognition, world-class infrastructure with unlimited tea and coffee, and employee engagement activities like Sporting Events, Corporate Gatherings, and Corporate Outings.
