We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to source and place candidates for engineering and oil & gas roles. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, and work closely with clients to fill technical and project-based positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for engineering, construction and oil & gas roles (e.g., engineers, technicians, HSE, project management, blue collar workers etc.).
• Screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Partner with clients to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
• Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and ATS records.
• Coordinate offers, onboarding, and candidate mobilization when needed.
• Do the end to end recruitment and manage documentation of the shortlisted and interviewed candidates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in engineering, construction or oil & gas.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
