As an experienced Engineering Recruiter at our company in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various engineering positions. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for roles such as mechanical engineers, aerospace engineers, automobile engineers, and oil & gas engineers. - Utilizing diverse sourcing methods like online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify qualified candidates. - Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles and client requirements. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals. - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and formulate effective recruitment strategies. - Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Possess a minimum of 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the engineering or technical recruitment domain. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of engineering principles and industry-specific requirements, particularly in sectors like manufacturing, aerospace, automobile, or oil & gas. - Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, clients, and team members. - Have a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. - Exhibit proficiency in MS Office and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruitment software.
