Engineering Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for engineering roles (from sourcing to onboarding).
• Source and identify potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely delivery of profiles.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Stay updated with industry trends in

  Oil & Gas / Engineering

  hiring.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• 14 years of experience in

  Engineering/Technical recruitment

  .
• Strong exposure to

  Oil & Gas, EPC, Energy, or Engineering services

  hiring (preferred).
• Good understanding of various engineering skill sets (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, etc.).
• Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver within timelines.

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
