As a Sr. Engineering Recruiter at Hirecruiters, your role involves handling the complete recruitment life cycle for clients in the US. This includes developing action plans and recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through job portals and networking websites. Specifically, you must have experience in recruiting candidates for the Utility industry and have worked on various roles such as Civil Engineer, Construction Project Manager, Structural Project Engineer, Transportation Engineer, and more.
