About the Role:

Engineering Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role specifications.
  
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for engineering roles including software, hardware, and R&D positions.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
  
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering candidates for current and future openings.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, reports, and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for specialized engineering domains (software development, mechanical, electrical, electronics, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical sourcing platforms.
  
• Knowledge of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
  
• HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent.
