Role Overview

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
• Source top talent using

  Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals

  .

• Screen and shortlist

  candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and track interview feedback.
  
• Handle

  salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination

  .
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for niche IT roles within

  Automotive and Aerospace technologies

  .
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate databases.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years

  of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of hiring for

  Automotive and Aerospace technologies

  (e.g., Embedded, AUTOSAR, ADAS, Avionics, DO-178C, MATLAB, etc.).
• Expertise in sourcing through

  Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search

  , and other channels.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to manage multiple requirements efficiently and deliver within deadlines.
