Role Overview

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR & Leadership Partnering

  • Partner with senior management to align HR strategy with business growth plans.
  • Build and drive HR frameworks across workforce planning, organization design, and performance systems.
  • Act as a culture champion and advisor to leadership and project heads.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across engineering, technology, and business functions.
  • Strengthen employer branding and referral programs.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding and induction experience for new hires.

3. Performance & Talent Management

  • Drive goal setting, appraisal cycles, and talent review processes.
  • Identify high performers and implement career growth programs.
  • Support leadership development, training, and succession planning.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Design and implement engagement, communication, and recognition programs.
  • Foster collaboration and inclusion across teams.
  • Conduct feedback sessions and employee connects to improve retention and morale.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee HR operations, policies, payroll coordination, and documentation.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and manage employee relations with empathy and fairness.
  • Implement and optimize HRIS and reporting systems.

6. Learning & Development

  • Identify capability gaps and execute learning programs for technical and soft skills.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Desired Profile

  • Education:

    MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:

    8+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Industry Preference:

    Engineering / Product Development / Technology Services environment.
  • Key Skills:

    • Strategic and hands-on HR management
    • Strong stakeholder and leadership engagement
    • Understanding of technical and project-based workforce needs
    • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with HRIS tools and Indian labor law compliance
