Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle across departments.
Source candidates through portals, referrals, and social media.
Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and onboard new employees.
Maintain employee records and HRMS updates.
Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, PT, and other statutory norms
Support initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Organize employee events, recognition programs, and training sessions.
Assist in mid-year and annual appraisal cycles.
Maintain performance documentation and support development plans.
Draft and update HR policies as per regulatory requirements.
Support audits and ensure internal process compliance.
