Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee life cycle activities such as joining formalities, exit formalities, leave management, payroll processing, and attendance management.
  • Oversee background verification and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR operations.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including employees, managers, and other departments to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in an HR role within BPO/Call Centre industry.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of HR Operations principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
