Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in ERP development (experience with specific ERP system is a plus). Technical Skills: Proficiency in [ERP platform language – e.g., ABAP for SAP, X++ for Dynamics, Python for Odoo, PL/SQL for Oracle, etc.]. Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs). Knowledge of ERP implementation and configuration best practices. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: ERP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics Developer, etc.). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
