Job Title: ERP Developer Location: Sandogri Raipur Chhattisgarh Department: IT / Technology Reports To: CMD Directly Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ERP Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions within the ERP environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom modules, reports, and interfaces for the ERP system. Customize and configure ERP modules according to business requirements. Perform system upgrades and apply patches to ensure optimal ERP performance. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Develop and maintain integrations between ERP and other business applications. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency within the ERP system. Document development work, user manuals, and technical processes. Provide technical support and training to end users as needed. Stay updated with the latest ERP features, development tools, and industry trends. Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in ERP development (experience with specific ERP system is a plus). Technical Skills: Proficiency in [ERP platform language – e.g., ABAP for SAP, X++ for Dynamics, Python for Odoo, PL/SQL for Oracle, etc.]. Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs). Knowledge of ERP implementation and configuration best practices. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: ERP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics Developer, etc.). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
