ERP Developer

You will be responsible for the development, customization, and integration of the current NetSuite ERP system at our Hyderabad location, with the possibility of transitioning to another ERP system within the next 1-2 years. Your role as an ERP Developer will involve delivering technical solutions to improve business processes and ensure the smooth functioning of the ERP system. This position is ideal for individuals with strong expertise in NetSuite development who excel in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities will include: NetSuite Development and Customization: - Developing and maintaining custom scripts, workflows, and configurations within NetSuite. - Creating and enhancing custom fields, records, forms, and roles to align with evolving business requirements. - Supporting SuiteScript 1.0/2.0-based solutions for automation and process optimization. - Building custom dashboards, reports, and KPIs to facilitate data-driven decision-making. - Handling data migration, import/export tasks, and system maintenance activities. Integration and Optimization: - Designing, developing, and optimizing integrations between NetSuite and other business applications. - Utilizing integration tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Celigo to establish seamless system workflows. - Continuously monitoring and enhancing system performance to ensure high availability and reliability. ERP Transition Support: - Participating in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new ERP system if needed. - Assisting in migrating custom scripts, integrations, and data to the new ERP platform while ensuring business continuity. Collaboration and Problem-Solving: - Working closely with the Finance Tech Lead and business stakeholders to comprehend technical requirements and deliver customized solutions. - Troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly to support critical business processes. - Identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and enhance process efficiency using NetSuite's capabilities. Documentation and Training: - Documenting technical specifications, customizations, and processes for clarity and maintainability. - Providing training and technical support to end users to help them maximize NetSuite's functionalities. Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite developer, including expertise in SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk. - Profound understanding of NetSuite modules and workflows like finance, procurement, and order management. - Proficiency in creating custom records, fields, scripts, and forms in NetSuite. - Experience with integration tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Celigo for API connections. - Knowledge of SQL and relational databases for data reporting and troubleshooting. Preferred Skills: - Experience with other ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Familiarity with middleware tools and REST/SOAP APIs. - Knowledge of DevOps practices, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
