As an experienced ERP developer at our Chennai office in India, your role will involve the following: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for technical tasks related to Frappe, ERPNext, JS, MySQL, Python, and Frappe based web development. Your hands-on experience in product development using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext will be crucial. Additionally, your expertise in workflows, access controls, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards design and development will be essential for this role. Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies, OOP concepts, backend development, and UI/UX development for Web Applications is required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand client requirements for ERPNext and propose suitable solutions. - Customize ERPNext through custom applications to meet clients' specific needs. - Manage updates and upgrades of the ERPNext system for ongoing projects. - Ensure a seamless transition for current customizations during Frappe and ERPNext upgrades. - Develop full applications on the Frappe framework from scratch based on project requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in Frappe, ERPNext, JS, MySQL, Python & Frappe based web development. - Hands-on Product development over Frappe Framework, ERPNext. - Experience with workflows, access controls, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards design and development. - Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies. - OOP concepts and Backend Development Experience. - MySQL on MariaDB or equivalent. - Hands-on experience with hosting web applications on Apache or NGINX. - Experience in UI/UX development for Web Applications is essential. - Experience with one or more ERPNext Modules like Human Resources, CRM, Buying, Selling, Asset Management, Stock, Buying, Accounting, and Project.
