Role Proficiency
Work under the supervision of a Senior Lead to analyze and develop applications within assigned ERP/CRM areas and design effective technical solutions.

Process & Delivery Excellence
- Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality through automation opportunities and process improvements.
- Learn and apply relevant technology and domain knowledge as required.
- Contribute to practice-level initiatives such as case study creation, reusability frameworks, knowledge-sharing sessions, internal seminars, and hackathons.
- Identify recurring problem patterns and enhance the technical design of applications/systems.
- Select appropriate technical options including reuse, improvement, or reconfiguration of existing components.
Development & Technical Execution
- Independently analyze, design, develop, and test functionalities.
- Prepare Functional Design Specifications and deployment documentation.
- Conduct design and peer code reviews; provide constructive suggestions for improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for build and deployment issues; ensure timely resolution.
- Handle production environment issues through code/configuration changes.
- Manage client environments independently, including installation activities.
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve performance concerns.
- Mentor junior resources in daily tasks, stakeholder communication, and basic administrative activity.
- Practice self-learning and adopt new feature releases in ERP/CRM platforms proactively.
Client Value & Collaboration
- Improve customer satisfaction through refactoring suggestions, business process enhancements, and on-time sprint deliverables.
- Assist architects and product owners with design recommendations and business functionality explanations.
- Facilitate effective customer interactions and discussions.

Requirements & Estimation
- Understand user stories / requirements thoroughly
- Estimate time, effort, and dependencies for self and team modules
- Participate in RFPs and practice-wide estimation activities
- Follow Agile ceremonies (Scrum)
Design
- Interpret and validate low-level design and map it to requirements
Configuration & Coding
- Follow coding standards and ERP/CRM best practices
- Develop code independently
- Review peer and team code
Testing
- Create and execute unit tests
- Ensure test class coverage above 95%
- Conduct defect RCA and implement mitigation
- Identify defect trends and take preventive actions
Client Interaction
- Communicate effectively with customers and gather required inputs
Project Management
- Deliver assigned modules/user stories

Documentation
- Create/review templates, checklists, design docs, test cases, and results

Skill Requirements
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM cloud platform features
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Workday Studio
- Experience with data loading tools and EIBs
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience integrating ERP/CRM with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs
- Understanding of coding best practices and limitations
- Experience with production deployment and resolving deployment issues
