What You’ll Do:

Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.

end-to-end development lifecycle

● Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Oversee project management activities,

● Ensure high-quality code delivery through reviews, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.

Identify and resolve technical or process bottleneck

● Contribute to hiring, training, and performance evaluations within the engineering function.

What We’re Looking For:

● 3+ years of hands-on development experience (Python, Node.js, or similar backend

stacks preferred).

● 1+ year of experience leading or managing engineering teams.

● Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from design to production.

● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ClickUp.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to balance technical depth with managerial oversight.

Good to Have

● Experience with FastAPI, React, or Kubernetes environments.

● Exposure to AI/ML systems or data-driven products.

● Background in startup or fast-paced product environments.
