Engineering Manager

Role Overview: As an Engineering Manager at Outright Solar, located in Zirakpur, Mohali district, you will be responsible for team leadership, design & engineering, team development, project management, and integration on a day-to-day basis. Your role will involve handling technical drawings, documentation, and project management for project proposals, permits, approvals, construction, and As-Builts. Outright Solar specializes in providing Design & Engineering services for PV, BESS, and EVCS to EPCs, Developers, Installers, and Contractors, ranging from small-scale residential projects to large-scale utility projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of engineers and ensure effective team leadership and integration - Manage design & engineering processes for PV, BESS, and EVCS projects - Develop team members and provide necessary guidance for their professional growth - Oversee project management activities to ensure successful project completion - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives Qualification Required: - Possess Engineering Management and Project Management skills - Demonstrate strong Team Leadership & Integration skills - Have experience in Design & Engineering for PV, BESS, and EVCS projects - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field,
