Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management and a proven track record of success.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the engineering department for efficient operations.
Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve performance.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
