Engineering Manager

You will be working as an Engineering Manager at Outright Solar, located in Zirakpur, Mohali district. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for team leadership, Design & Engineering, team development, project management, and integration on a day-to-day basis. Your main tasks will include handling all technical drawings, documentation & project management for project proposals, permits, approvals, construction & As-Builts. The design experience required ranges from small-scale residential projects to large-scale utility projects. To excel in this role, you should possess Engineering Management and Project Management skills along with strong Team Leadership & Integration capabilities. You must have prior experience in Design & Engineering related to PV, BESS, and EVCS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
