What You'll Do We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of technical and functional skills and a solid understanding of global trade processes and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionalities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle GTM implementations, with experience in at least 3 full-cycle projects as a Functional or Solution Lead. Conduct feasibility analysis and develop POCs (Proof of Concepts) for GTM applications to support solution design. Prepare configuration documents and identify application functional gaps, collaborating with Oracle and client teams to derive optimal solutions. Contribute to solution development, including testing and deployment planning. Design and implement workarounds for any identified functional gaps. Create and maintain detailed design documents, use cases, and test documentation. Develop technical documentation as part of the implementation lifecycle. Provide support for Oracle GTM Cloud quarterly releases and updates. Assist in on-premise to cloud migration initiatives. Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in global trade and compliance processes. What We're Looking For 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle GTM implementations. Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in global trade or transportation management domains. Certification in Oracle GTM Cloud is a strong plus. Strong understanding of GTM configurations, compliance rules, and master data management. Experience with on-premise to cloud migration is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in integration with other Oracle SCM or ERP Cloud modules. Working knowledge of Oracle OTM functionalities.
