We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner who is an entrepreneur by heart and experience to bolster our Management Team, a partner to take Mindseed forward with us. - Human Resource Business Partner is a very broad role with exposure to each facet of the business and it is on each one to define how wide and deep she/he takes it. - The role will also be very hands-on, so we are looking for people willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. - This means a Human Resource Business Partner has to consistently do things like: - Policy Implementation - Designing new policies to suit Operational Needs - Query resolution and ensuring quick TAT (Including Payroll related queries) - Ensuring Administrative Tasks and Paperwork are in order - Implementation of Centre level Team Management initiatives - Disciplinary Issues and actions - Performance Management - Engagement activities and events and other similar activities. - Creative solutions and ideas for developing talent Essentially all activities to support the Business team in achieving their goals by managing all people related activities. All of the above needs to be managed through our HR Software so someone who is comfortable with technology would be best suited.
