Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including background verification, joining formalities, induction program, orientation, and employee induction.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Conduct pre-joining activities such as scheduling inductions and arranging necessary documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the onboarding process.
  • Monitor and analyze feedback from new hires to identify areas of improvement in the onboarding process.
