Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

    • Overseeing and optimizing high-volume recruitment and selection processes.
    • Developing and implementing effective onboarding and offboarding programs to reduce attrition.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

    • Resolving employee grievances and conflicts through professional mediation.
    • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing concerns and promoting employee welfare.
    • Acting as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring effective communication.
  • Performance Management:

    • Assisting in the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems to improve productivity.
    • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
  • HR Policy & Compliance:

    • Developing, implementing, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensuring strict compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations, especially concerning the BPO industry.
    • Managing HR administrative duties and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Training & Development:

    • Identifying training needs and coordinating employee training programs to enhance skills.
    • Supporting employee motivation and career development within the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Proven experience (often 5+ years) in human resources, with a strong understanding of the BPO or high-volume staffing environment.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and mediation skills.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
    • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
