Job Description

Role & responsibilities

* Assist in developing and executing zero-risk ER strategies
* Interpret and implement ER frameworks across the organization* Address employee grievances and conduct fair investigations* Support business and HR in driving cultural and performance-related changes* Ensure compliance with labour laws and manage staff litigation* Maintain MIS and regulatory reporting for ER matters•  Stay updated on industry trends in ER and labour compliance of the banking sector 

   Content development for training programs for culture building (Ethical Leadership, Code of Conduct and Prevention of Sexual Harassment)
• Attending to notices issued by various Labour Authorities• Reporting of Union Strike to IBA.

  • Handling Staff Litigations cases of the Bank
    • Handling Staff Accountability• Acting Member Secretary of Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee

Exp Requirements:

12+ years of dedicated Employee Relations experience

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and ER frameworks

Proven experience in grievance resolution and litigation management
