HR -Employee Relations

Location: Kolkatta

Exp: 2-6 yrs

Responsibility:

The role is responsible for managing Employee Relations (ER) Intake and Case Management processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling of employee concerns.
This includes receiving ER cases through multiple channels such as calls, emails, and portals, creating and tracking cases in the case management system, and triaging them based on defined risk levels and escalation protocols.
The incumbent will manage the resolution of low-risk ER concernssuch as attendance, leave, or policy clarification issuesin alignment with established Policies and Procedures Manuals.
They will document all case actions, communications, and resolutions to ensure compliance with audit and retention standards. High-risk cases (e.g., harassment, discrimination) will be appropriately routed to the retained ER team per defined escalation matrices.
Incorporate Customer policy changes into process documents, Policy and Procedures Manuals, and other relevant documentation.
Receive ER concerns via calls, emails, or portal and acknowledge receipt promptly.
• Create cases in the case management system and triage them to the appropriate resolver group as per the Policy and Procedures Manuals.
