Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute the entire onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, system access, and orientation scheduling.
Liaise with HR, IT, Facilities, and other departments to ensure all necessary resources are in place before the new joiner's first day.
Communicate effectively with new hires to guide them through the onboarding process and answer any queries.
Maintain onboarding records and update HR systems accurately.
Support compliance and regulatory requirements related to employee onboarding.
Assist in improving onboarding processes and tools to enhance the new hire experience.
Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including welcome kits, policy documents, and training schedules.
Handle any post-onboarding follow-ups and troubleshoot onboarding-related issues.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, shared services, or onboarding roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with HRIS and onboarding software/tools.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Team player with a customer service mindset.
