We are hiring HRBP who will Act as a strategic partner to Call Center leadership to enhance workforce capability, performance, and engagement. Responsible for driving HR initiatives that support a high-productivity and employee-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support hiring and workforce planning for call center roles
Drive performance cycles and enable continuous feedback
