Job Description

Designation: Background Verification- Executive / Sr. Executive
Department: Human Resource
Location: Sakinaka, Andheri
Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM
Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Roles & Responsibilities:

Induction Coordination
Manage end-to-end onboarding and background verification lifecycle for new joiners.
Review and verify candidate documents (ID, address proof, education, experience, etc.) as per defined guidelines.
Maintain and update Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and reports for onboarding & BGV status.
Follow up with candidates and stakeholders for pending documents and clarifications.
Identify discrepancies during verification and escalate/flag cases appropriately.
Manage data updates and status checks on the BGV portal to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide updates & resolution for onboarding-related queries.
Ensure compliance with policies, accuracy in documentation, and zero-error execution.
