Role & responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Documentation

  • Manage documentation for hiring/onboarding: job applications/resumes, offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, background-check/reference verification, joining formalities.
  • Handling Background verification of joined candidates.

• HR Systems & Record-keeping (HRIS / HRMS / MIS)

  • Maintain and update centralized HR database (HRIS/HRMS) with all relevant employee data roles, department, salary, leave/attendance, benefits, exit status etc.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper backups/access controls for sensitive employee information. People Managing People+2Soteria HR+2

• Compliance, Legal & Policy Documentation

  • Maintain documentation required for statutory compliance (labour laws, social security, PF/ESI, gratuity, local/state regulations — depending on country) and internal policies.
  • Prepare HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), employee handbooks, process-guidelines, and ensure employees acknowledge them (where required).
  • Support internal or external audits by maintaining audit-ready documentation and ensuring all records are properly stored and accessible.
