This role requires a functional expert capable of understanding and optimizing business processes, configuring solutions, and supporting integrations with ERP, CRM, and PSA tools such as Upland PSA. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain SAP PS modules with a focus on Time Management, Expense Tracking, and Project Accounting. Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders for time & expense management workflows. Design and implement configurations related to: Time entry and approval workflows Expense capture and compliance rules Integration with ERP systems for billing, payroll, and reporting Support PSA tools (Upland PSA preferred) for project planning, time entry, billing, and reporting. Configure custom fields, business rules, validations, and system parameters for time and expense modules. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, project invoicing, and reporting. Manage and support integration points between SAP PS, Concur (or equivalent T&E tools), and PSA platforms. Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training material. Provide support for audits and compliance-related reporting. Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional guidance to end users. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in SAP Project Systems (PS), specifically around Time and Expense Management. Hands-on configuration experience in SAP PS or equivalent T&E systems (Oracle T&E, Workday Expenses, etc.). Experience in Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools Upland PSA highly preferred. Proven expertise in product configuration (not just end-user knowledge). Strong understanding of ERP integration touchpoints related to time, expense, and billing. Solid knowledge of project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Familiarity with workflow customization and system parameterization. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Nice to Have: Exposure to other SaaS PSA or T&E platforms like Workday, Zoho Expense, NetSuite OpenAir, etc. Experience in configuring or integrating with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Hands-on experience in data reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation. Familiarity with compliance rules across various geographic regions for expense management.
