Background Verification- Executive / Sr. Executive

Department:

11 AM – 8 PM

Work from Office

Working Days

: Monday to Friday

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Induction Coordination
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and background verification lifecycle for new joiners.
  • Review and verify candidate documents (ID, address proof, education, experience, etc.) as per defined guidelines.
  • Maintain and update Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and reports for onboarding & BGV status.
  • Follow up with candidates and stakeholders for pending documents and clarifications.
  • Identify discrepancies during verification and escalate/flag cases appropriately.
  • Manage data updates and status checks on the BGV portal to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide updates & resolution for onboarding-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, accuracy in documentation, and zero-error execution.
