Job description Designation: Manager / Senior Manager - Presales & Solutions Department: Business Solutions Shift: UK/US Hours (Should be flexible) Work Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Presales Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and lead the entire RFP/RFI/RFQ process. Design customized solutions as per requirements, including innovative commercial models and out-of-the-box outsourcing solutions. Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) around the solution design. Develop a powerful yet concise Executive Summary for proposals. Prepare, plan, and deliver presentations. Plan and conduct site/location visits. Highlight competencies, value adds, and differentiators. Key Technical Skills and Knowledge: Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Presales & Solutions for the US Healthcare RCM / BPO / IT industry. Currently as Assistant Manager or equivalent designation. Experience in front-ending RFQs/RFIs/RFPs. Expertise in solution design (solution, due diligence) and bid management (RFI/RFP/RFQ), tenders, and pricing. Proficient in preparing collaterals—both process-specific and industry-specific. Experience leading client presentations. Ability to create case studies and maintain a repository for future deals. Collaborate with transition teams to draft logical and meaningful transition plans. Experience working on different pricing (business plan) and process maturity models for proactive deals.
